first_imgThe brochure for the original Donegal Town by-pass in 1999.It was yesterday fifteen years ago that saw the official opening of the Donegal by-pass.The road, which cost £19M, was officially opened to traffic on July 27th, 1999.It was the first major road scheme carried out under contract for Donegal County Council.
