Just a month ago I wrote about fourth innovation from Čolak’s workshop – Surf’n’Fries the first automated machine for making and selling fries. The first such automated machine for making potatoes in the world was already set up on the beach in Crikvenica this summer, and within just 35 seconds it will throw out fresh and hot potatoes with sauce. And this innovation will also make a big step forward in the global industry in the QSR segment (quick service restaurant franchise ). Rapid Retail, a leading UK supplier offering complete catering solutions (shops, kiosks and pop ups) for sporting and festival events across the UK and France, has become Surf’n’Fries franchisee! “We are thrilled to have discovered an exciting new partnership with Surf’n’Fries – which is the first in a growing portfolio of brands we will be. work with. Our goal is to bring great food to stadiums. The quality of Surf’n’Fries food is exceptional, and the unique “all in one hand” packaging fits perfectly for eating on the go; such as fans in the stands or live events”Said Charlie Daffern, European Business Development Manager at Rapid, which has extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors. How to make an innovation when it comes to fries? And not one, but even four, find out in the article about the story of the character and work of Andrija Čolak, ie the Surf’n’Fries brand.
