Required fields are marked * Pasadena police investigate at the scene of the shooting on December 29, 2015Pasadena court dates Thursday await three men accused in two separate incidents.Two men charged in connection with the shooting of a man at a Pasadena fried chicken restaurant on December 29, 2015 are scheduled to face pretrial proceedings in Department E.Robert Julio Arnaud, aka Chucky, of Los Angeles, is charged with attempted murder after allegedly firing a handgun at two men he had confronted at the restaurant. One of the victims was shot in the leg but survived, while the other one escaped uninjured.Additionally, co-defendant Andy Garcia, aka Flaco, is charged with one count of accessory after the fact, knowledge of the crime.Case GA097819 includes allegations that both defendants committed their crime on behalf of a criminal street gang and that they were both convicted in 2008 of assault with a deadly weapon. The complaint alleges Arnaud used a handgun in the commission of the crime and that Garcia also was convicted of attempted robbery in 2004.Deputy District Attorney Stefan Mrakich is prosecuting.Also on Thursday, the case against Albert Ahmad Clark, accused of murder for allegedly shooting Leroy Galloway in Pasadena almost 30 years ago, will undergo preliminary hearing at Department J of the court.Clark, 54, is charged with one count of murder. The case was filed only last December after a previous complaint filed in 1988 was dropped because of the “limitations of forensic science” at the time.The victim’s relatives approached Pasadena police in 2013 and asked them to revisit the case.
